Cremorne is too mixed to be handled by a single installation script. A unit above or near Military Road may involve strata rules, tighter access and shared expectations. A townhouse may have limited outdoor space and close neighbours. A Federation or Californian bungalow may have older walls, visible routes and rooms where a bulky installation feels out of place.
The same air conditioner can be a good choice in one Cremorne property and a poor fit in another.
The decision begins with the building type. Before comparing features, the owner needs to know whether the job is really an apartment installation, a townhouse installation, an older-house upgrade, or a low-rise replacement with access and finish limitations.
Military Road Properties Need Building Awareness
Cremorne’s main commercial and transport activity runs along Military Road, around Cremorne Junction, the Hayden Orpheum and nearby shops. Homes close to that strip can involve apartment entries, mixed-use buildings, limited parking, shared walls, work-hour expectations and common areas.
